How to Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your OnionGuard account and all associated data, please send an email to:
adikanathaniel@gmail.com
Include the following in your email:
- Subject: OnionGuard Account Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your OnionGuard account
- Your registered name
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Diagnosis scan history and results
- Analytics data linked to your account
- All other personal data stored in our systems
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed within 7 days of your request.
You Can Also Delete From the App
Go to Settings in the OnionGuard app and tap "Delete Account" to submit a deletion request directly.
